Lead by Daryl Corley, CGC, the MSDS leadership team has more than 45 years of combined experience in government contracting and more than 30 years in information technology consulting.
Daryl Corley, CGC
Daryl Corley, (CGC) is the Founder, President and CEO of MSDS Consultant Services, LLC, a thriving Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 2003. MSDS has experienced exponential growth since inception and is today experiencing its greatest success since.
Daryl is a Certified DOD Trainer and one of the few experts in the DC Metro area as a Contract Specialist (1102) and e-Commerce Consultant- a rare combination, in the Federal Government Contracting space. He is a Certified Contract Specialist (1102) with over 15 years Federal Government experience, and a former Tier 5 consultant with one of the world’s leading Acquisitions Systems’ Integration organizations.
Daryl is also a leading advocate for other Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), and presides as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Director for the ‘Elite SDVOB Network’ a national advocate for Service-Disabled Veterans who own businesses. He has appeared several times on Capitol Hill before numerous Veterans’ Committees in an effort to highlight and/or fight for the rights of SDVOSB’s.
Kevin H. Corley, LUTCF
Kevin joined MSDS Consultant Services, LLC in 2008 bringing over 25yrs of Risk Management, Organizational Development and Operations experience which crosses the private and public sectors. Kevin excelled in Corporate Sales and Marketing Management within fortune 50 organizations and spent several years as a procurement professional with the District of Columbia government. He is a graduate of Antioch School of Law with Masters of Art Degrees in Legal Studies and International Trade Law. Kevin is a Risk Management and Benefits expert licensed in several states including Washington, DC, MD & VA.
In his role as the Chief Operating Officer, Kevin oversees the back office operations where he brings many years of infrastructure development experience. He is a big proponent of Philip Crosby’s Quality Principles of “Do It Right the First Time”. Kevin recently launched MSDS Energy Division as our energy consultant, where we assist industrial, commercial, and municipalities with improving their energy efficiency. Kevin understand the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) contract and works with the largest energy wholesaler in the U.S. to ensure availability. Kevin coaches during his spare time, enabling him to offer a polished perspective on managing, motivating and empowering employees, encouraging the spirit of excellence when performing tasks, while providing exceptional customer service to every MSDS employee and client.
