Our Leadership Team

Led by Daryl Corley, CGC, the MSDS management team has more than 30 years of experience in government contracting and more than 30 years in information technology consulting.

Daryl Corley, CGC

President and Chief Executive Officer

Daryl brings more than 25 years of government logistic operations, contracting and consulting experience. He is considered a leading authority in the integration and automation of contracting systems and an expert in workflow analysis and logistics consulting. Daryl has extensive experience in design, implementation and measurement of business processes, quality assurance and training programs supporting acquisition departments within the federal government sector.

Daryl is the chairman of the D.C Chapter of Elite Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Network and is a member of the National Veteran Owned Business Association (NaVOBA), the National Contract Management Association, National Association of Government Contractors (NAGC), Professional Service Council, American Legions, American Small Business League and the National Small Business Association. He was awarded the coveted Certified Government Contractors Designation after the completion of rigorous study in the areas of commercial and federal contract laws and procedures. Through his leadership, MSDS has experienced over 500% growth since its inception.

Kevin H. Corley

Chief Operations Officer

Kevin brings more than 25 years of operations, marketing, business development and risk management experience that spans the private and public sectors. He spent several years as a procurement professional for the District of Columbia government and holds two Master’s of Art Degrees in legal studies and international trade law from Antioch School of Law. Kevin joined MSDS Consultant Services, LLC after many years leading operations and business development teams for various Fortune 500 companies.

Irvin Bishop Jr., PMP

Chief Technology Officer

Irvin brings more than 21 years of experience that spans the entire information technology (IT) lifecycle, supporting both commercial and government clients. Irvin holds a Masters Certification in Project Management from George Washington University and has a Computer Science degree from Alabama A&M University. He is an international speaker and subject matter expert in the loyalty and CRM arena. In addition, he has served as Vice President, Program Manager and Director of Global Interactive Marketing at Fortune 100 companies. His global experience includes leading digital programs in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. Irvin is a member of several associations, including; IT Senior Managers Forum (ITSMF), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA Centennial Branch.
